

DAILY RATES
EXCLUDES
1. Fees for game taken or wounded.
2. Taxidermy fees; packing, dipping and shipping to final destination.
3. Hotel charges before and after contracted period.
4. Air charters if needed.
5. Change of hunting area $125/hunter – if required.
6. Transfers to and from
Approx – $15/day for camp staff,
tracker and skinner, this is in total NOT per person.
Approx - $60/day for your guide/
professional hunter. (this is totally at your discretion you can decide what you want to give if you
want to give anything)
BOOKINGS AND
PAYMENT
We require 50% of the total daily rate to confirm your booking. The
balance, of your daily rate is payable on your arrival on the farm. Trophy fees
for animals taken or wounded, is payable at the end of your safari. In the
event of cancellation the following is required; if you cancel you must rebook
the hunt for another time in the same year or the deposit will be forfeited. Only
payments in the form of cash or traveler’s cheques will be accepted. Personal cheques will not be
accepted. Prices are subject to possible annual increases which include hunters
that books safaris in advance.
LIABILITY
While exercising the utmost care to ensure the safety
of you, our client, and your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any
illness, accidents, acts of GOD or loss whatsoever, nor any expenses arising
there from. Each hunter and observer will be required to sign an indemnity form
on arrival, prior to the hunt.
WHAT TO
BRING
- Camo shirts, long and short sleeves.
- Camo pants, long and short sleeves.
- Warm windproof jacket and sweater.
- Clothes need to be soft and quite to avoid noise.
- Woolen socks, well worn boots or suitable walking shoes.
- Range finder and extra bow equipment.
- Hat or cap, face mask or
- Sunscreen lotion and bug spray.
- Camera, binoculars, video camera with tripod, flash and film.
- Electrical adapter 220-110 volts, appliances in
- Flashlight and batteries.
